TERMS OF SERVICE
ART PROCESS
Sketch > Sent for Approval / Revision > Line Art > Flat Color > Sent for Updates and Color Approval > Final Rendering > Collection (via Email / Google Drive / Discord Inbox)GENERAL
• Please commission wisely.
• Upon placing a commission request, you have agreed to the terms of service of the artist.
• Upon placing a commission request, you have acknowledged the turnaround time for the commissioned deliverables and updates.
• Upon placing a commission request, you have acknowledged the that the artist has a full-time day job that will take priority over commissions.PAYMENTS
• All payments must be made after the confirmation of the finalized sketch.
• I accept partial payments for large projects.
• There will be EXTRA CHARGES for urgent deadlines.REVISIONS
• Any changes must be made during the Sketch and Flat Color phase.
• Any MAJOR CHANGES AFTER confirming and receiving flat color will not be tolerated and will be charged with overhaul fees upon insisting project completion.
• A new turnaround time will be applied for the late phase MAJOR CHANGE.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• Files will be delivered in a ZIP folder which includes: JPEG / PNG / GIF files, original sketches and (upon request) PSD File.
• General turnaround time would be 2-3weeks with updates in between.
• Rushed deadlines must have at least a 24-hour notice beforehand and in writing in our communication.USE
• Client is NOT allowed to use commissioned art for AI , NFT and Cryptocurrency.
• Client is allowed to repost commissioned art with proper credits,
• Client is allowed to use commissioned art with proper credits.
• Client is allowed to make merchandise of commissioned art ONLY with the agreement of the artist SleepyEggie. Merchandising fees will apply.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• All art by SleepyEggie(the artist) are the intellectual property of SleepyEggie(the artist) and the client that commissioned the art.
• No others are allowed to use commissioned art for any purpose. [This includes: AI , NFT and Cryptocurrency]
• No others are allowed to sell commissioned art for any purpose.
• No others are allowed to make merchandise of commissioned art for any purpose.REFUNDS
• I do not issue refunds unless I am unable to preform / deliver the commission.
• I do not issue refunds in the event of the project's cancellation / termination.COMMUNICATION
• Preferably all communication be done via discord.
• Please be reasonable when requesting for updates in between progress.
• Do not spam my inbox and be polite.
